These top-quality clamshell inserts are printed on our premium 10pt card stock. We die-cut the card stock to the desired size and round the corners to fit your clamshell perfectly.
Clamshell inserts can be fitted to the back of the clamshell, as well as the cavity front. A variety of configurations is available to allow completely visible, partially-covered, or completely-covered products.
Our inserts are printed in full color (CMYK) according to the customer-supplied artwork. Any PMS colors are printed to best match their CMYK equivalent. If black ink is desired, any color elements will be converted to grayscale.
We recommend that you ship a sample clamshell for test fitting, to ensure that the inerts have perfect fitment. (We can also produce your inserts using your specifications, however, we are unable to take liability for ill-fitting inserts.)

Other Packaging TypesHeader Card Printing
Header card packaging is one of the most cost-effective ways to package your products! There is no need to purchase expensive equipment. Simply place your product in a poly bag, then attach a fold-over card to the top of the bag. That’s all there is to it!
Our header cards are available in a variety of stocks, ranging from 10–28 pt., depending on the weight of your product. We can also provide custom shapes, as well as multiple hang holes to help with weight distribution.
In addition to a standard header card that staples to a bag, we offer heat seal cards to customers who have heat-sealing equipment.
